New Growth- Brown tips on branches

Hi,

I was given a fiddle leaf fig approximately five months ago. I have seen very little new growth in either leaves or stem/ branch height. The ends of the stems/ branche have brown crispy tips, where I assume new growth should appear. Can I ask what health new growth sites should look like? Also how do I avoid the brown tipping on the end of my plant trunk/ stems,

Thanks.

Those brown crispy tips are normal on the end of the branches - as soon as the plant adjusts to its home and gets enough sunlight and fertilizer, it should start growing. Have you been feeding it?
