Please help!!

blankblankblank        I have many figs around my home but this is my first time experiencing an issue like this. I purchased this one about 2 weeks ago and noticed that two new leaves were brown and shriveled. I removed them and on the underside there was a white web thing which looks like a fungus. This morning I was wiping down the leaves and two of the newest (larger leaves) came unattached with no effort, they both have a small white web underneath. So far no other leaves seem to be affected.

I have a moisture meter to monitor water intake so I don’t believe root rot is an issue. I wondered if this could’ve been caused by a pool of water sitting in amongst the new grouping of leaves. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m so devastated.

Thank you
