New Fiddle Leaf Baby

blankblankblankhello! I just got my first fiddle leaf fig from Lowe’s and there are some spots on the leaves as well as dry brown spots that have started to get crumbly, leaving holes in the leaves. The plant has new growths and there are even new little leaves popping out of some of the stalks. I just want to make sure that it’s healthy. I have yet to repot it but have wiped down the leaves with a damp cloth and am planning on doing the re-potting tonight! I have attached pictures of the leaves.

Thank you!

It's normal for new leaves to have little red spots on them, and those should fade as the leaves grow. The spot on the end of one leaf might be due to a little overwatering and the tear in the leaf looks like trauma from getting moved at some point.

At this point, I think the best thing to do would be to leave it alone and let it get used to its new home. I'd wait to repot for a few weeks and keep an eye on the moisture level of the soil so you'll know when to water. Good luck!
