Hi Renae! It could be fungus, but it could also be an insect problem. This post has more information about identifying and getting rid of pests on your fiddle leaf figs: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-fiddle-leaf-fig-insect-problems-video/

Hi Natalie! Yellow leaves are usually a sign of too much water and not enough light. This post has more information about that: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/how-to-fix-yellow-fiddle-leaf-fig-leaves/ I think your tree just got too much water at once, and it might need a little more light.

Hi Holly! Watering every 5 days seems like a lot, so make sure to test the moisture level of the root ball before you water. The top inch or two of the soil might feel dry, but the root ball might still be quite wet. A moisture meter can help with this. This post has more information about that: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/moisture-meter/

Hi Annie, is the tree by a drafty window or a vent? Sometimes those things can dry it out and cause it to brown.

It looks like you have more than one plant in the same pot, so at some point you may want to separate them. For now, just work on letting it adjust to its new home. If you feel ready to separate the plants in a few months, this post might help: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/how-to-separate-fiddle-leaf-fig-trees/ Good luck!

Hi Mel! The roots look healthy, so it could be a few things: possibly edema leftover from when those leaves were young (this is caused my inconsistent watering and usually goes away as the leaves grow) or it could be insects. Examine the leaves and stems closely (use a magnifying glass if you have to) to see if any of the spots are moving, for white webbing or cottony stuff, or if you see any actual bugs. If you don't notice anything, just get the plant onto a regular care schedule with good light, the right amount of water, and a good pot with drainage holes and well-draining soil. This post might help if you do find insects: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-fiddle-leaf-fig-insect-problems-video/ This post might help you get started with caring for your new plant! https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/fiddle-leaf-fig-plant-resource-featured-by-invincible-happy-houseplants/

I think committing to one spot is a good idea! Once the tree appears to be doing well, you might want to try notching to encourage leave growth. This post might help: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/fiddle-leaf-fig-notching-101-when-why-and-how-to-encourage-branching-with-before-and-after-pictures/ You may also want to consider separating those trunks at some point, and this post shows you how to do that: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/how-to-separate-fiddle-leaf-fig-trees/ I hope that helps!

A little drooping is normal if the plant is very dry or if it moves to a new home, and it sounds like both of those might apply to your plant. If it doesn't perk up soon, this post might help: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/drooping-fiddle-leaf-fig-leaves-5-causes-and-how-to-diagnose/ I hope that helps!

It does look like root rot since the lower leaves are more affected, so you may want to try repotting. This post might help: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/root-rot-in-fiddle-leaf-fig/ Also, it's hard to tell how much light it's getting in that spot, but make sure it gets plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. This will also help it heal from root rot if that's what's going on. I hope that help!

This post about drooping leaves might help: https://fiddleleaffigplant.com/drooping-fiddle-leaf-fig-leaves-5-causes-and-how-to-diagnose/ Also, check for drafts near that window. Extreme temperatures can also cause FLFs to droop and even dry out. I hope that helps!
